Terms and Conditions

Museum terms

At mowna the artist comes first and is always paid for their work.

We are an art aggregate that does not exploit artists. Instead we pay them by hosting an online limited international collection of wild and newfangled art accessible through the purchase of a ticket. For each exhibit the museum's ticket sales provide income that pays a 70% split to the artists and 30% to cover the labor and costs for the museum.

mowna commits to no editing of artwork, no ownership of artwork, no copyright ownership of artwork, no censorship of artwork, and the allowance of fair use within artwork that we exhibit.

mowna is an online space.

mowna is not responsible for any misuse of our site.

Ultimately as artists, when we put our work online, we take the risk for it to be stolen, reused, remixed, and repurposed.

We at mowna believe that risk is worth taking so the world can see the most amazing artwork.

If you are not interested in mature content mowna provides the free ticket, 18 and under that restricts mature content.
